1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, signing in with Google, buying credits, generating content, uploading files, publishing a public book, downloading exports, or using any part of AI Book Maker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. What AI Book Maker Provides
AI Book Maker is an AI-assisted book creation platform. Features may include book category selection, AI title suggestions, book descriptions, outlines, chapter and subchapter generation, AI editing tools, grammar improvement, tone changes, plot brainstorming, character generation, story bible tools, style DNA, series continuity, marketing kit generation, AI cover generation, image uploads, public author pages, reviews, followers, PDF/EPUB/DOCX/KDP exports, AI voice generation, credits, referrals, and paid packages.
3. Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- If you use Google login, your account may use the name, email address, Google ID, and profile image provided by Google.
- You must provide accurate account and profile information when required.
- We may block, suspend, or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, abuse credits, submit harmful content, or create security risks.
4. Credits, Packages, Payments, and Refunds
- Certain actions may require credits, including AI book generation, chapter generation, AI editing, cover generation, marketing tools, voice/audio generation, and other premium features.
- Credit pricing, package contents, free limits, generation costs, and available features may change as the platform evolves.
- Payments are processed by Stripe or another supported payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Credits are usually added after payment confirmation. Delays can occur because of payment review, provider errors, or technical issues.
- Unless required by law or clearly stated otherwise, purchased credits, used credits, completed AI generations, and downloaded digital outputs are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details on unused credits and billing reviews.
5. Your Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of the book ideas, prompts, uploaded materials, generated manuscripts, edited chapters, covers, exported files, and other content you create through AI Book Maker, subject to these Terms and any rights held by third parties.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and clearing rights for all generated books, covers, titles, descriptions, and audio before publishing, selling, distributing, or uploading them to Amazon KDP, Kobo, or any other platform.
6. AI Output Limitations
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate, repetitive, incomplete, low quality, offensive, or similar to other content.
- AI Book Maker does not guarantee that generated content is original, copyright-free, trademark-safe, commercially successful, legally compliant, or accepted by any publishing platform.
- You must independently review generated text, covers, audio, metadata, and export files before use.
- AI suggestions are creative assistance only and are not legal, financial, tax, medical, publishing, copyright, or professional advice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AI Book Maker to create, upload, publish, share, or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, hateful, fraudulent, defamatory, privacy-invasive, sexually exploitative, malware-related, or otherwise harmful.
- Do not copy copyrighted books, characters, brands, logos, private documents, or third-party works without permission.
- Do not impersonate another person, author, company, or public figure in a misleading way.
- Do not attempt to bypass credit limits, payment controls, authentication, rate limits, generation safeguards, or admin controls.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform or its outputs in a way that harms AI Book Maker or other users.
8. Uploads, Covers, and Third-Party Rights
You may upload profile images, editor images, book images, and cover files. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload, edit, generate from, display, and distribute those materials. We may remove files, books, covers, reviews, or profiles that violate these Terms, third-party rights, platform policies, or security requirements.
9. Ebook Exports and Publishing
AI Book Maker may allow you to export books as PDF, EPUB, DOCX, KDP-ready packages, previews, or other downloadable formats. Export quality may depend on your content, images, formatting choices, fonts, file size, and provider limitations. You are responsible for checking exported files before publishing or selling them on any external platform.
10. Public Sharing, Author Pages, Reviews, and Followers
If you make a book public or maintain a public author profile, visitors may see public details such as your author name, bio, profile image, book title, cover, description, preview content, reviews, ratings, likes, followers, and download/preview options. You are responsible for anything you choose to publish publicly. We may moderate, hide, approve, reject, or remove public books, reviews, or profiles when needed.
11. Third-Party Providers
The platform may rely on third-party providers for AI text generation, AI image generation, AI voice generation, authentication, payments, email, hosting, storage, analytics, logging, and security. Provider outages, rate limits, model behavior, policy changes, pricing changes, or errors may affect the service. We are not responsible for third-party provider failures or policies.
12. Service Availability and Changes
AI Book Maker is provided as available. We may update, improve, limit, suspend, remove, or discontinue features at any time, including generation modes, models, export formats, credit costs, package prices, public sharing tools, or admin moderation rules.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, misuse AI generation, abuse credits or payments, infringe third-party rights, or harm other users. You may stop using the platform at any time.
14. Disclaimers
AI Book Maker is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free generation, perfect formatting, publishing acceptance, sales results, copyright clearance, search ranking, or specific commercial outcomes from any generated book, cover, audio file, export, or marketing material.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Book Maker is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost content, failed publishing submissions, third-party claims, AI inaccuracies, provider outages, payment delays, or business losses arising from your use of the platform.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as AI Book Maker changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
